Rocky's barn

I like to take my camera when I go up to Rocky's barn because there is always something interesting to photograph.

I got to see this little barn swallow fledge from his nest in the rafters. He made it to a big wooden plank and then, after much urging from his parents, pushed off and took flight through the door. He landed in the wide open world--it was wonderful to watch!

This snapping turtle traveled through the pasture on his way from the pond.
