Shearing sheep in Lost River

Each spring my sheep are stars in a local shearing demonstration.

Friend Mark and I walk Romy and Winky to the Lost River Artisan Cooperative where they get sheared by local sheep experts Bill and Debbie.

Sheep shearing always draws a big crowd; everyone wants to feel the wool and lanolin and the kids especially like to help bag the fleece.

This fleece will make at least three sweaters!
